We’re so happy you’ve become part of our dream of living abroad and sharing our home while we’re back in Prague.

The LEONTYNKA house for 3–4 guests consists of two apartments with a spacious terrace that invites you to enjoy the warmth and sunshine for most of the year in Spain. For now we have a small, simple pool (from summer 2026); over time it will be upgraded to a partly sunken pool with lighting.

We usually rent out only the lower apartment with the terrace (the upper apartment is more of a “utility” space – for example for washing and drying laundry if you need to during your stay).

Flying from Czechia

Alicante is easy to reach by plane from the Czech Republic, either with a direct flight or with one connection. The destination airport is Alicante–Elche Airport (ALC), just outside Alicante.

Prices and travelling by car

Off-season budget tickets can cost just a few hundred crowns without luggage. In summer, at Easter and over holidays we recommend booking well in advance. Driving is also possible, but it’s a very long journey of roughly 2,400 km.
