Everything you need to know

The LEONTYNKA house for 3–4 guests consists of two apartments with a spacious terrace that invites you to enjoy the warmth and sunshine for most of the year in Spain. For now we have a small, simple pool (from summer 2026); over time it will be upgraded to a partly sunken pool with lighting.

We usually rent out only the lower apartment with the terrace (the upper apartment is more of a “utility” space – for example for washing and drying laundry if you need to during your stay).

Things you might find interesting:

• A renovated house from the 1990s
  
  

• 220 V, with solar panels powering the air conditioning, outdoor grill, outdoor cooker and pergola lighting. The sockets are located right on the solar setup, i.e. on the pergola.
  
  

• A 60-litre water heater in the bathroom heats all day and night, so there’s plenty of hot water for the whole family. The heater runs on “regular electricity”
  
  

• The air conditioning in the apartment both heats and cools – NOTE: it is powered ONLY by the solar panels on the pergola. We recommend running it while you’re at home and always switching it off when you go out. That way you’ll have enough power for heating/cooling while you’re in the house (10 kilowatts stored in batteries for night-time use)
  
  

• Tap water in the house and throughout town is drinkable, so there’s no need to buy bottled water. A filter jug with a fresh cartridge is provided.
  
  

• Fast fibre internet is at your disposal, with Wi-Fi covering the whole house. Password: Leontynka123
  
  

• We bought a computer with a printer/scanner for you – feel free to use it
  
  

• For those who need to work, we offer a phone that acts as a mobile hotspot with a 50 GB Spanish data SIM. You can work from cafés, on trips and so on. We pay for the plan – feel free to use it as your internet source outside CASA Leontynka too.
  
  

• You can watch Czech TV channels on the computer via VOYO. We’re happy to share the password (it changes)
